He's well-known for his colourful scripts, indulging in picaresque characters and flavourful dialogue, but has a wide range of facets. He worked for filmmakers like Luis García Berlanga, Marco Ferreri, Carlos Saura, Fernando Trueba or José Luis García Sánchez.
